We are currently looking for Sessional Trainers to join us across the UK.

The Role & About You

We are looking to recruit a pool of Sessional Trainers to deliver effective, engaging training to our workforce nationwide.
The successful candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have considerable experience in social care, health (particularly mental health), youth work and/or delivering therapeutic interventions.
You will have a strong track record of designing and delivering training, both face-to-face and remotely (ideally using Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom).

We would particularly like to hear from you if you have any experience of delivering training in any of the following:  Safeguarding Children; Safeguarding Adults; Reflective Supervision; Assessment and Analysis; Mental Health; Suicide Risk Awareness and Intervention; Recording and Report Writing; Professional Boundaries; Co-Production; Motivational Interviewing; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Trauma-Focused Practice; Perinatal Mental Health; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; Leadership and Management

Other organisations may call this role Trainer, Training Officer, Lead Trainer, Training Advisor, or Training Facilitator.
