We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join us for a 10 month, fixed term maternity cover contract.

You will work with our friendly Marketing and Engagement team, co-ordinating Locality's digital marketing in a fast-paced and exciting environment. You'll be developing Locality's websites and digitals tools across the Locality and My Community brands, and any associated sub brands.

The Role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you will be tasked with co-ordinating our digital marketing activities utilising our website and digital tools across the organisation to promote Locality, My Community and a number of sub-brands.

Specifically, your role will involve:

- Building and developing digital tools
- Leading the strategy and development of our website and microsites
- Completing a range of reporting and analytics tasks
- Undertaking marketing consultancy work
- Providing support across our Marketing and Engagement team and with communications in general

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Significant experience in digital marketing, with a track record of success and an understanding of the third sector
- Qualifications in digital marketing and/or experience of development and implementation of digital marketing strategies
- Website development management and maintenance experience: CMS (WordPress, Drupal and Craft preferred)
- Content creation and management experience
- The ability to build rapport within and outside an organisation, with excellent stakeholder management skills
- To be highly organised and able to prioritise and schedule tasks, deal with workload conflicts and deliver to standard
- To be able to model our values - ambitious, respectful, and fearless; and our principles of equality, diversity and inclusion in the way you work and the work you do
