We are currently looking for a HR Adviser to join our HR team, currently homebased but normally based in Family Action Head Office in London

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your knowledge and experience of providing generalist employee relations advice and support to line managers.
You will be joining the organisation as a valuable member of an influential HR team delivering the Workforce Strategy and developing HR policies, which help shape the future at Family Action.

As a HR Adviser, you will bring your knowledge and experience of providing generalist employee relations advice and support to line managers, and the ability to manage your own caseload.
You will bring HR and Employment Law knowledge in a bid to keep moving our people-focused culture forwards, while upskilling and empowering managers to carry out a wide range of employee relations activities.
You will build and sustain positive working relationships across the organisation, developing partnerships and driving positive change.
To join us as a HR Adviser, you will need:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience / relevant qualification
- Demonstrable HR Generalist experience
- A sound understanding of employment legislation, best practice and HR policy and procedures
- Experience of training internal stakeholders on HR related activities
