Since ANT was founded, less than two years ago, the charity's Founder has been acting as Chair and lead on ANT’s development and operations. ANT has grown at a rapid pace and it’s now time to hand over the day-to-day running of the charity to a paid Director. We are extremely grateful to the RHS Trust for funding this role for two years.
The new Director will be responsible for ANT’s growth and development – the acquisition of land to create new, permanent woodland plus the growth and development of our public communications and funder base. This will include the management of freelance staff and delivery of our projects.
The role is offered initially as part time (4/5) with the possibility of it being extended to full time as ANT acquires more land.
For full details of the role and how to apply, see the job description below. Please remember to send in a CV and covering letter that specifically addresses how you meet the person specification and job description.
