Beat is recruiting a Deputy Helpline Manager to ensure that Beat’s Helpline services are delivered effectively, supporting as many people as possible.

Description

Beat’s Deputy Helpline Manager has line management responsibility for a team of Helpline Advisors. Providing supervision to staff and volunteers on shift, the Deputy Helpline Manager is a key member of the Support Services team, ensuring that channels are responded to within timescale and following processes and procedures including safeguarding.

Providing guidance and feedback, the Deputy Helpline Manager supervises Helpline shifts alongside team leaders and the Helpline Manager to provide a high-quality effective support service to all of Beat’s services users.
