London office or home-based

35 Hours per week
Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

This varied and exciting role will give you the opportunity to develop and maximise the income from community and events fundraising to help deliver our vision of a world without barriers for every deaf child.

As Community and Events Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for the creation, implementation and delivery of an ambitious fundraising strategy. This will include developing our existing community fundraising products and growing our third-party events programme.

You will lead on providing first class stewardship to supporters, ensuring they have an exceptional experience and come back for more. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and producing budgets and plans for activities, products, events and campaigns.

Excellent communication, stewardship and relationship building skills are essential. As a highly motivated individual you will have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage this varied workload. You will also enjoy taking ownership over your work, with an ambitious drive to progress the success of your team. A friendly, approachable manner is essential to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
