Benefits of using GoodJobs

We are a social enterprise helping to reduce recruitment costs within the charity sector. We are committed to supporting job seekers to maximise their potential through our free services.

1. Our friends at Charity People have created a JobSeeker Toolkit to help you through the recruitment process. We have other resources coming soon looking at how to navigate virtual recruitment.

2. Every three months, everyone registered on the site will be entered into a prize draw. Five lucky winners will win £200 to spend on a training course of their choice. The next draw will be on 15 December. Please see the GoodJobs Training Grants prize draw terms and conditions.

3. Our GoodJobs Fund provides additional support to job seekers. We are currently offering 10 free places on a Charity Fast-Track course to registered users. If you are interested, please send us a short email (to telling us why you would like a place and how it would help your job hunting. Deadline is 30 September 2020.

Online clinics

Get tips and support via our free online clinics. Our programme for job seekers, in partnership with Charity People and Utopy, is now live.

You can watch a recording of the job seeking in lockdown session via the Utopy website. It covered online interview skills, making a good application and tips for staying positive. Our next session for job seekers will be in November.
