GoodJobs is a social enterprise with four aims:
To provide UK charities with a simple low-cost job board to advertise and recruit fundraisers.
To reduce, for all charities, the costs of recruiting fundraisers.
To encourage small charities to employ fundraisers and start fundraising!
To use some of the income generated to fund the GoodJobs fund, to support equality, diversity and inclusion in fundraising employment and training.
Good Jobs Ltd is the operator of GoodJobs. It has registered as a Social Enterprise and is a member of Social Enterprise UK. GoodJobs has pledged to donate a minimum of 25% of net profits to the GoodJobs fund. The fund will provide grants to support equality, diversity and inclusion in fundraising employment. GoodJobs has been created by:
